Hi, everyone! I’m Natasha – thanks for stopping by my food blog. Papi Chulo and I are glad you’re here.

I grew up incredibly spoiled by a dad who loves to cook. His food was delicious when I was a little kid, and it’s only gotten better since. He is the only person I know who actually makes French onion dip completely from scratch, all the way from the raw onions! When I went off to college, I quickly realized that most people weren’t used to always having such delicious food on hand and discovered I needed to learn to cook!

Now, nearly a decade (!) later, I love cooking. Actually, what I really love is cooking for others. One of my favorite ways to spend an evening is with my incredible sailor (who’s also a cooking enthusiast) creating a meal together. I derive great joy from being able to share my dishes with others, and this blog gives me the opportunity to share my favorite culinary adventures with folks around the world.
