That looks great, I don’t eat meat, but I guess it would work with vegetarian beef too. I like the addition of all the herbs and the avocado cream. Your food-photo’s keep getting better!

Or you could just up the beans. So much ground beef is really gross that I wouldn’t consider eating it! Luckily, this was some locally raised, grass fed beef that’s way better. Thanks so much for stopping by in spite of not eating meat and thanks for the complements!

I’m another non meat eater but I think it would be easy to adapt this recipe and it looks delicious. I love avocado’s and I know your creme recipe is going to become one of my favourites. (and I agree with Marieken – your food photo’s are really good) 🙂

Thanks so much, Sian! I’m sort of a discriminate meat eater – I don’t demand it, I don’t usually eat large quantities of it, and I usually insist on having something that wasn’t locked up and force fed corn. Thank you, too, for the photography complement! I’m always working and trying to figure out ways to improve my pictures.

I love that you added avocado cream! And the bread looks great too!

I don’t usually like avocado, but this crema was such a great pairing! I always love eating cornbread.

Mmm, your recipe sounds delicious! I absolutely love black beans. I don’t really consider myself an avocado person either (although they seem so popular right now!) but that definitely sounds like a perfect topping for a bowl of chili!!

A couple years ago I had this roommate who ate an avocado like every single day! It really kind of freaked me out. It really is a good topping for the chili, though. Black beans are my favorite type of bean!
